Toddlers
In the Toddler classroom at Bless the Children your child will be taking his or
her first steps toward being more independent.  We encourage interactive
play between the children and the environment and allow them to try tasks
and activities at their own pace.

Our toddler curriculum fosters independence in a loving and nurturing
environment.  You can expect to see your child playing with a variety of
gross motor and fine motor toys and materials, where staff encourage large
group songs and activities geared to the learning of colors and shapes.  Our
toddler activities are geared in the following way:
  • Large Group Activities: Children practice sitting together as a group
as they sing songs, read stories, and practice colors and shapes.
This is fostering their social and emotional development.
  • Small Group/Table Top Activities: Children explore in a variety of
contexts through their senses.  Activities include but are not limited to
teacher-directed activities, projects, sensory, and more.  This is
    fostering their intellectual development.
